At Elevation, we offer a variety of classes designed for adults and children of all ages and skill levels. Whether you or your child is just starting out or looking to refine gymnastics, tumbling, or dance skills, we have a class for you! We pride ourselves on being an inclusive gym, providing a supportive and welcoming environment for every adult and child. From beginners to advanced athletes, everyone is encouraged to grow and thrive in our fun, dynamic classes!

Preschool Classes
All preschool classes are 45 minutes and meet once per week! Bouncing Baby - 1 Year Old Classes are $60 / month
2 - 4 Year Old Classes are $70 / month

Bouncing Babies!
6 Months - Walking
A joyful movement class designed just for babies ages 6 months until walking! This parent-and-baby class focuses on supporting key developmental milestones through gentle movement, music, sensory play, and interactive activities.
Mountain Movers!
3 Year Olds
This independent class is perfect for your growing toddler who's ready to explore on their own! Led by one of our coaches, Mountain Movers encourages confidence, coordination, and creativity through age-appropriate stations
Creative Movement in Dance! Ages 2 - 4
Our Creative Movement Dance class introduces young children to dance through imaginative play, props, and interactive music!
Little Explorers & Me! 1 Year Olds
Join us for a fun, interactive class designed for little ones and their grown-ups! This parent-guided experience features playful exploration and movement, all led by one of our enthusiastic coaches.
Adventurers!
4 Year Olds
This independent class is made just for preschoolers who are ready to move, play, and explore on their own! Guided by a coach, your child will build confidence, coordination, and creativity through fun, age-appropriate activities & movement.
Little Climbers & Me!
2 Year Olds
Watch your little one grow and thrive in this parent-guided class! Led by one of our experienced coaches, each session evolves to match your child’s developing skills—introducing new challenges, activities, and milestones as they grow.
Explore Dance!
Ages 2 - 3
Explore Dance is a playful introduction to movement for ages 2–3. Dancers build coordination, creativity, and confidence through fun music, simple steps, and imaginative movement.

Girls Gymnastics Classes
All gymnastics classes are 55 minutes and meet once per week! Classes are $75 / month
Girls will work on skills on all 4 events - Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, & Floor Exercise


Foundation Gymnastics (5+)
Designed for beginner gymnasts, Foundation focuses on mastering the basics of gymnastics. Athletes work on fundamental skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and pullovers on bars while building strength, coordination, and confidence.
Homeschool Gymnastics (5+)
Our Homeschool Gymnastics class is a fun, beginner-friendly way for homeschool students to stay active and build confidence. Gymnasts learn basic skills while improving strength, coordination, and flexibility in a positive, supportive environment—making it a great option for physical education.
Skyward Gymnastics (5+)
This intermediate level builds on foundational skills while introducing more challenging movements. Gymnasts continue developing strength and flexibility as they work on skills like round-offs, back walkovers, pullovers, and basic combinations.
Adult Gymnastics (18+)
Our Adult Gymnastics class welcomes all levels—whether you’re brand new or returning to the sport. Build strength, improve flexibility, and have fun learning gymnastics skills at your own pace.
Summit Gymnastics (5+)
This advanced gymnastics class is for athletes ready to refine technique and increase skill difficulty on all events. Gymnasts focus on strength, control, and skill progressions across all apparatus while learning more complex combinations and advanced movements.

Boys Classes
All boys classes are 55 minutes and meet once per week! Classes are $75 / month
Boys in our gymnastics classes will work on skills on Vault, Rings, Pommel Horse / Mushroom, High & Low Bar, Parallel Bars, and Floor Exercise

Join our Strength & Agility Class designed for boys who want to improve their speed, power, and endurance while having fun! Boost your athletic performance for ANY sport!
Skyward Gymnastics (5+)

Foundation Tumbling (5+)
Designed for beginner tumblers, Foundation focuses on mastering the basics of tumbling. Athletes work on fundamental skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, while building strength, coordination, and confidence.
Elevation Tumbling (5+)
This level 4 tumble class is for athletes ready to work on front & back tucks, as well as, back tuck combinations.
Back Handspring 101 (5+)
Back Handspring 101 is a skill-focused class designed to break down the back handspring step by step. Athletes work on correct body positions, strength, drills, and progressions to build confidence and proper technique for a safe, successful back handspring.
Ascent Tumbling (5+)
This level 2 tumble class builds on foundational skills while introducing more challenging movements. Tumblers continue developing strength and flexibility as they work on skills like round-offs, back & front walkovers, and basic combinations.
Altitude Tumbling (5+)
This level 5 tumble class is for athletes ready to work on back layouts, and more complex combinations.
Skyward Tumbling (5+)
This level 3 tumble class is for athletes ready to refine technique and increase skill difficulty. Tumblers will focus on front & back handsprings and back handspring combinations.
Summit Tumbling (5+)
Our summit class is designed for athletes who have mastered all other tumbling levels. These athletes will be working on their fulls and more complex combinations.

Explore Dance (4+)
Explore Dance is a fun, high-energy class where dancers ages 4 and up are introduced to a variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, and more. Dancers build coordination, rhythm, and confidence while discovering the joy of movement and different styles of dance.
Tumble & Hip Hop Combo Class (5+)
This high-energy class combines tumbling skills with hip hop dance for an awesome mix of strength, style, and fun. Perfect for all levels — from beginners to experienced dancers looking to level up their skills!
Intermediate Jazz (5+)
Intermediate Jazz is for dancers ready to build on foundational jazz technique. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, sharp movements, and dynamic combinations while developing style, performance quality, and confidence.
Ballet & Jazz Combo Class (5+)
Our new Ballet & Jazz Combo class includes ballet & jazz training for all skill levels, from young beginners to aspiring professionals!
Intermediate Acrodance with Lyrical (5+)
This class blends acrobatic skills with lyrical dance technique. Students work on intermediate acro skills such as balances, flexibility, and controlled transitions while learning to connect movement with music through expressive lyrical dance.
Middle & High School Explore Dance (10+)
Explore Dance gives middle and high school students the opportunity to experience a variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, and more. This class focuses on technique, musicality, and confidence while allowing dancers to explore different styles in a fun, supportive environment.
Intermediate Ballet (5+)
Intermediate Ballet is designed for dancers who have a basic understanding of ballet technique and are ready to advance their skills. This class focuses on proper alignment, strength, flexibility, and technique while continuing to build grace, control, and musicality.
